Employment Type: Direct Hire

Compensation
Base salary: approximately $200,000
Total compensation potential: $450,000 – $500,000 annually
This physician will lead and deliver evidence-based treatments for patients with complex, treatment-resistant mood and psychiatric disorders, with a focus on interventional modalities including TMS and Spravato.

Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited institution
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Active, unrestricted California medical license
DEA registration
Experience in neuropsychiatry (preferred)
Training or experience with TMS and/or ketamine-based therapies (preferred)
Experience treating treatment-resistant populations (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and diagnose patients with treatment-resistant depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, and other complex psychiatric conditions.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans incorporating interventional modalities.
Deliver and/or supervise
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
SAINT
Esketamine (Spravato) and/or IV ketamine administration
Other therapies as program expands and novel treatments are approved
Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment protocols accordingly.
Provide ongoing psychiatric medication management as clinically indicated.
Partner with Clinical Operations and Medical Leadership to build and scale interventional and neuropsychiatric services.
Contribute to protocol development, SOP refinement, and standardization of care.
Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards for procedural services.
Collaborate closely with advanced practice providers, therapists, and other clinical staff.
Provide physician oversight and consultation to advanced practice providers including nurse practitioners as needed.
Support implementation of clinical research initiatives (e.g., ATLAS program)
Serve as PI or study physician for clinical trials when applicable
