- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational effectiveness.
Growth Initiatives & Strategic Planning
- Support evaluation of strategic growth opportunities, including acquisitions, investments, and expansion initiatives.
- Lead financial analysis, due diligence, modeling, and integration planning for potential transactions.

Risk Management & Compliance
- Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements, and reporting standards.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.
- Support risk management initiatives and financial controls.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build and lead a high-performing finance organization focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Establish clear goals, expectations, and development opportunities for finance team members.
- Foster strong cross-functional partnerships across the organization.
- Promote a culture of integrity, transparency, and operational excellence.
Technology & Process Improvement
- Oversee financial systems, reporting tools, and technology initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency.
- Support enhancements to financial systems, reporting capabilities, and data-driven decision-making.
