Due to business growth, they are seeking an Assistant Manager, Compensation & Benefits to lead a team of three and oversee payroll and C&B operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll operations and ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration, including MPF, taxation, medical insurance, leave, and other employee benefits.
- Manage HR systems and people technology platforms (including Workday and PeopleSoft), driving system enhancements, upgrades, implementation projects, and process automation.
- Prepare payroll reports, HR analytics, budgeting, and management reports for business leaders.
- Support annual salary reviews, bonus exercises, and compensation benchmarking.
- Review and streamline payroll and C&B processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and support HR system enhancements.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders on C&B initiatives and HR projects.
- Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and all statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years' Compensation & Benefits experience , with proven team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF, taxation, and payroll administration.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS (Workday) and payroll systems (PeopleSoft) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
