Graphic Designer

Position: Graphic Designer Salary: USD 400 - 500

Job Responsibilities

• Brand Ownership: Lead, maintain, and elevate the visual identity guidelines for The Project AEK across all creative channels.
• Marketing Material Design: Produce high-end online and offline creative content, including social media ad graphics, premium layout booklets, billboards, sales kits, and presentation decks.
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics, animated social media ads, video intros/outros, and kinetic typography to elevate our digital presence.
• Campaign Conceptualization: Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Content Creator teams to translate core branding concepts into stunning layouts and visual campaigns.
• Visual Continuity & Color Grading: Oversee the end-to-end aesthetic tone of all visual assets. Apply advanced color grading techniques to ensure marketing photographs and digital imagery consistently reflect our signature premium, warm luxury, and golden hour palettes.
• Multimedia Execution: Conceptualize video storyboards and direct creative directions for promotions (exposure to cloud-based design systems like Figma/Canva is a plus).
• Quality Assurance: Review and oversee all production proofs and print collateral to ensure absolute consistency in luxury color tones and precision.

Job Requirements

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse commercial layout skills, lifestyle photography, luxury branding, and conceptual thinking.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience (experience in premium real estate, luxury brands, or top-tier advertising agencies is highly valued).
• Technical Expertise: Mastery of industry-standard design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with contemporary web layout practices.
• Photography Skills: Proficient in operating professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras to capture high-quality project imagery, site progress, or community lifestyle moments when required.
• Advanced Color Grading: Strong expertise in photo post-processing, color correction, and color grading (via Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent tools) to establish high-end, cohesive visual moods.
• Aesthetic Sensitivity: A sharp eye for elegant typography, balanced negative space, corporate colors, and visual continuity.

Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM PH: Follow Gov Benefit: 13th Salary/ Provide net salary (No tax deduction) Interview Process:2 Rounds
