What You'll do

• Lead the design and development of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Machine Learning solutions;
• Define architectures for AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and modern AI frameworks;
• Develop end-to-end AI-powered applications;
• Define approaches for Prompt Engineering, Model Evaluation, and Fine-Tuning;
• Implement scalable AI pipelines;
• Lead technology innovation initiatives;
• Ensure best practices for AI development, security, and governance;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business solutions;
• Mentor Junior and Mid-Level Data Scientists;
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in Generative AI and Machine Learning;

Who You Are

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field;
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence, with proven experience delivering AI solutions in enterprise environments;
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques;
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Embeddings, and model Fine-Tuning;
• Experience with AI frameworks and orchestration tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Microsoft Agent Framework;
• Experience implementing scalable AI and MLOps solutions, including Vector Databases and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP;
• Knowledge of Data Engineering, REST APIs, containerization technologies, Git, and CI/CD practices;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior colleagues;
