About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to build and manage long-term relationships with affluent and high-value clients. In this role, you will provide tailored financial solutions, grow client portfolios, identify new business opportunities, and deliver a high-quality banking experience while achieving assigned business and revenue targets.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in relationship management, priority banking, wealth management, retail banking, or financial sales and holds a valid SEC Fixed Income Salesman License .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of affluent and priority banking clients.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships by understanding financial goals and recommending appropriate banking, investment, insurance, and lending solutions.
- Identify and acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and proactive business development activities.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure clients receive relevant financial advice and solutions aligned with their objectives.
- Cross-sell a comprehensive range of financial products and services based on client needs.
- Achieve assigned sales, portfolio growth, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
- Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal partners to provide seamless and high-quality client service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in relationship management, priority banking, wealth management, retail banking, or financial sales.
- Must hold a valid SEC Fixed Income Salesman License.
- Proven ability to acquire new clients and grow existing client relationships.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Sound knowledge of banking, investment, insurance, and wealth management products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven.
