Chief Specialist, Maintenance Control Center
Job description
- Bachelor's Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience.
- Provides senior technical support within the Maintenance Control Centre, managing aircraft maintenance forecasting, work package preparation, and coordinating maintenance recommendations to all network stations.
- Experience managing airline or MRO maintenance control functions.
- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aircraft maintenance activities through the MCC to ensure fleet airworthiness, operational reliability, regulatory compliance, and on-time aircraft availability.
- Role provides technical leadership, manages maintenance control operations, and coordinates with maintenance bases, flight operations, engineering, planning, and supply chain teams.
