Digital Advertising Specialist
Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROAS and business growth.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement customer acquisition, retention, and retargeting strategies across all brands.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Product, and Retail teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to improve conversion rates and campaign efficiency.
- Support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand-specific campaigns.
- Track key performance indicators including traffic, conversions, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and revenue contribution.
- Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns, including promotional, transactional, and automated customer journeys.
- Develop and execute newsletter strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and repeat purchases.
- Manage customer segmentation and email automation flows, including welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase follow-ups, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize email marketing performance through open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, website traffic, and search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and optimise website content, landing pages, product pages, metadata, and blog content for search engines.
- Monitor SEO performance and provide recommendations to improve rankings, user engagement, and conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform developments, search engine algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent
- 5 to 7 years of experience in digital advertising
- Eperience in Retail or eCommerce
