About the Position
An established non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in northern New Hampshire is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with 3-5 years of primary care experience to join its collaborative, mission-driven team. New graduates will not be considered.
This organization has served the region for more than 50 years and is dedicated to providing affordable, patient-centered healthcare regardless of a patient's ability to pay. Providers practice in an integrated care environment alongside primary care, behavioral health, patient support, nutrition, and wellness services, allowing for a truly team-based approach to care.
Position Highlights
- Full-time or part-time schedule available
- Flexible weekday hours with a standard clinic schedule of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Opportunity to adjust start/end times to improve patient access
- No evenings, weekends, or call responsibilities
- Approximately 2 patients per hour , allowing providers to focus on quality patient care
- Dedicated administrative time (approximately 20% admin / 80% clinical for full-time providers)
- Collaborative provider team including physicians, advanced practice providers, pediatric care, behavioral health clinicians, and social workers
- Athena EMR (transitioning to AthenaOne)
- Visa candidates are welcome to apply
- Typical credentialing timeline is approximately 90 days

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Approximately $114,000-$120,000 (based on experience and full-time equivalent)
