Job description
Job Title: Program Manager – MHE Submetering Sustainability
We are looking for a Program Manager to lead a multi-site sustainability project focused on deploying energy monitoring solutions across multiple fulfillment centers in Europe. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery within the agreed timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle for a multi-site energy monitoring deployment.
- Coordinate with internal teams, site stakeholders, IT, vendors, and operations teams.
- Maintain project trackers, deployment milestones, action logs, and status reports.
- Lead weekly or bi-weekly progress meetings and follow up on key actions.
- Identify risks, blockers, and delays, and escalate them with clear mitigation plans.
- Prepare structured project updates, executive summaries, and business narratives.
- Ensure proper documentation and handover at the end of the project.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project or program management experience.
- Experience managing multi-site or cross-country deployment projects.
- Background in logistics, fulfillment, manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent written communication and reporting skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Project.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of industrial automation, PLC systems, or MHE equipment.
- Familiarity with energy monitoring, submetering, SCADA, BMS, or IoT platforms.
- Experience with IT infrastructure deployment is a plus.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
Work Model Fully remote, working during European business hours.
