About the Position: Visions Federal Credit Union is looking for Temporary Member Service Representatives to join our branch team in Elmira, NY. In this frontline role, you'll help create a positive member experience by assisting with everyday transactions, providing friendly and professional service, and supporting members with accuracy, care, and attention to detail.
Position Type: Temporary, full-time, 40 hours per week. Regular shifts include Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with rotating Saturday shifts from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Compensation: $17.30 per hour
Location: On-site at our Ithaca Branch located at , coverage at our Spencer & Corland Branches as needed.

What You'll Do
- Deliver friendly, professional service while assisting members with routine transactions and account-related needs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and following established procedures.
- Create a welcoming, member-centered experience that reflects Visions' commitment to service.
- Communicate clearly, answer questions, and help connect members with appropriate resources or support.
- Maintain attention to detail while balancing service, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced branch environment.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Previous teller, cash handling, customer service, or member service experience is a plus.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office programs and standard office equipment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and service skills.
- Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to perform basic math functions.
- Commitment to following credit union policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal requirements.
