Mission Overview
Keystone Solutions is seeking a Level 3 IT Support Consultant to contribute to the management, maintenance, and improvement of our client's IT infrastructure. This consultancy mission will take place on-site at the client location, where you will represent Keystone Solutions while tackling complex incidents related to Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, endpoint security, and essential infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, Exchange Online, Teams, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 technical support for server environments, Microsoft 365, Intune, security, and network infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve complex incidents (Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS/DHCP, M365, Intune, Teams, Exchange Online, etc.).
- Analyze root causes (RCA) and propose sustainable corrective actions.
- Monitor the infrastructure using monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Defender, M365 portals).
- Manage accounts, rights, and policies in Active Directory and Entra ID (MFA, CA, groups, licenses).
- Administer Microsoft 365 platforms: Exchange Online, Teams/Teams Rooms, SharePoint/OneDrive.
- Manage and troubleshoot devices via Intune (compliance, configuration profiles, Autopilot).
- Process and track alerts from Defender for Endpoint & O365 solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and best practices.
- Apply current security and compliance policies (ISO27001, NIS2, GDPR).
- Collaborate with systems and network teams for cross-functional incidents.
- Participate in technical evolutions and migrations under the supervision of the infrastructure team.
