Management Associate (Technical)

Responsible for supporting managers and undertaking delegated responsibilities and duties with the objective of developing the skills and competencies required to independently perform the role of a Management Executive. This role offers extensive learning opportunities through involvement in cutting-edge projects, including automation initiatives , infrastructure development, electric vehicle (EV) solutions , solar energy systems , and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) , providing valuable exposure to emerging technologies and sustainable business solutions.

Job Description

• Attend compulsory on-the-job training in different operational and supporting functions – packaging, warehousing, technical/maintenance, customer service and health, safety, quality & environment to gain different perspectives of the job.
• Gain hands-on experience in managing improvement / innovation / automation projects to enhance operational efficiencies and reduces the reliance on manual work.
• Acquire planning, organising and other related soft skillsets interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist department head to plan and direct the work of the department.
• Review standard operating procedures and streamlining processes.
• Evaluate work output and productivity.

Job Requirements

• Minimum a good Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, with less than three years of post-graduation work experience.
• Incumbent will not only be trained / exposed in Singapore but must be opened to be deployed to other parts of the world where Katoen Natie has its presence.
