Role Overview
This position is tailored for a dynamic and results-driven professional to take ownership of designing and executing comprehensive internal and external communication strategies.The role acts as a vital bridge between internal leadership and various audiences, driving corporate engagement while safeguarding brand consistency across all deployment channels.You will manage digital platforms, lead multi-channel employer branding initiatives, and coordinate corporate events such as workshops and webinars, measuring communication impact through precise engagement metrics and continuously optimize the reach and clarity of corporate messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Communication & Platform Management: Design and deploy internal and external communication plans, managing corporate intranets, digital workplace tools, and social media channels to ensure a consistent flow of relevant information.
- Content Creation & Brand Advocacy: Develop, edit, and proofread professional content for presentations, newsletters, and print materials, ensuring strict adherence to established brand guidelines when adapting content to local contexts.
- Employer Branding & Engagement Campaigns: Lead campaigns focused on the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), promoting recognition programs and benefits to increase employee satisfaction while driving organizational culture initiatives.
- Event Coordination & Metrics Optimization: Orchestrate corporate gatherings, talks, and internal branding workshops, while monitoring communication KPIs and employee feedback to make data-driven adjustments to current strategies.
Requirements
- Professional Background: Minimum of 2 years experience in Communications, Marketing, or corporate communications, ideally with a background operating within a Shared Services or international environment.
- Technical & Design Competencies: Strong proficiency in digital communication management, social media tools, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and creative design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Core Communication Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with a proven capacity to lead meetings in a professional manner and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and leaders.
- Strategic Mindset & Languages: Deep interest or knowledge in digital marketing, branding trends, and employer branding strategies, combined with mandatory, high-level fluency in English.
