F&B Manager - The Casino
Job description
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Oversee daily restaurant, bar, and casino beverage operations • Supervises FOH and BOH • Manage scheduling, labor controls, and staffing levels • Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction • Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and performance management • Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory, and purchasing • Work with kitchen leadership to ensure food quality and efficient service • Enforces internal control policies and procedures and maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters. • Support casino promotions, VIP events, and resort initiatives • Ensure compliance with health department regulations and company policies • Performs other duties as assigned
DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS OF EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: • 3+ years of food & beverage management experience, • Restaurant, casino, hotel, or resort experience preferred • Strong leadership and communication skills • Experience with scheduling, inventory, and labor management • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices • Must be able to receive and maintain all required certifications for casino operations. • Must complete all required company training
PREFERRED BACKGROUND • Experience overseeing both FOH and BOH operations • High-volume hospitality or casino experience Familiarity with POS and inventory systems
