Inside Sales Specialist – Healthcare & Medicaid Solutions
Job description
Inside Sales Specialist
Location: Lakewood, NJ (Full-Time, In-Office) Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Our client is a rapidly growing organization specializing in Medicaid planning and financial solutions that help individuals and families navigate one of the most complex and emotionally challenging periods of their lives—planning and paying for long-term care. Through expert guidance, streamlined processes, and strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, legal professionals, and community organizations, they help families access critical benefits while reducing administrative burdens for the professionals who support them.
Rather than simply providing a service, this organization has built its reputation on becoming a trusted resource within the healthcare and elder care communities. Their solutions help referral partners better serve their clients, accelerate Medicaid approvals, and simplify an often overwhelming process. With continued expansion across multiple states and a growing network of referral partners, they're investing heavily in building a best-in-class sales team that can drive new relationships while delivering an exceptional experience from the very first conversation.
This is far more than a traditional inside sales position . It's an opportunity to become a trusted advisor to healthcare professionals, legal partners, and referral sources who rely on your expertise to connect families with life-changing services. You'll spend your day engaging prospective partners through high-volume outbound outreach, educating them on the company's solutions, uncovering opportunities to collaborate, and building long-term relationships that generate meaningful business growth.
Success in this role comes from balancing strong sales instincts with exceptional relationship management. You'll own the process from initial outreach through onboarding, ensuring every new partner experiences a seamless transition while continuing to serve as a reliable point of contact long after the sale is made. If you're energized by speaking with people, enjoy building professional relationships, thrive in a performance-driven environment, and want to make a measurable impact on both the business and the communities it serves, this is an outstanding opportunity to grow your career.

- Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers, legal professionals, and other referral sources.

- Guide partners through the onboarding process and serve as an ongoing resource after implementation.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure a positive partner and client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-up activities, and client interactions within the CRM.
- Stay informed on Medicaid planning guidelines, pooled trust programs, and relevant industry updates.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales messaging, improve outreach strategies, and identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the organization professionally while building credibility and trust with prospective partners.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, marketing, account management, or a related client-facing role.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and relationship-based sales.

- Strong ability to build rapport and establish lasting business relationships.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
- Comfortable working toward performance metrics and sales goals.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and client communications.
- Experience in healthcare, Medicaid planning, elder care, legal services, financial services, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicaid planning or pooled trust programs is considered a strong asset but is not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $70,000 , commensurate with experience.
- Competitive commission structure with strong earning potential.
- Company-provided leads—no cold list building required.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Stable Monday-Friday schedule (9:00 AM-5:00 PM).
- Opportunity to join a growing organization with significant career advancement potential.
- Collaborative, team-oriented, in-office work environment focused on professional development and long-term success.
