Organizational Summary: Girls on the Run inspires girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum that creatively integrates running and physical activity. Girls on the Run Lehigh Valley & Pocono serves thousands of girls annually across nine counties through after-school programming, volunteer coaching, and community engagement.

Position Summary: Girls on the Run Lehigh Valley & Pocono seeks a mission-driven Executive Director to provide strategic, operational, and community leadership across our nine-county service area. This role oversees fundraising, financial sustainability, program growth, staff leadership, and community engagement while partnering closely with the Board of Directors, volunteers, community partners, and Girls on the Run International.

The Executive Director will lead a small but passionate team while guiding the organization through its next phase of strategic growth and community impact.
