Extends approved job offers to final candidates as assigned by recruiter(s). Manages assigned salary negotiations with compensation, candidate and hiring manager. Provide out of office coverage for assigned recruiter(s). Provide interim coverage as needed. In conjunction with Sourcing, participates in job fairs and other outreach activities. Utilizes technology tools to facilitate recruiting and hiring processes. Builds positive relationships with peers, hiring managers and executives. Maintains knowledge of current employee offerings, benefits, incentives, salary structures, etc. Provides U Health information related to culture and benefits to potential candidates, which promotes U Health as both the provider of choice and the employer of choice. Maintains knowledge of current trends and developments in the field of recruiting. Ensures that recruiting and employment activities are in compliance with government regulations and organization policy and procedures. Other duties as assigned.
