Purchasing Project Management for Power Solutions, Gasoline Direct Injection and Hydrogen systems, Southeast Asia
Job description
Embedded in the business division of ‘Power Solutions’, ensuring the Purchasing project management for the business unit ‘Gasoline Direct Injection and Hydrogen systems (PS-GH)’. Integrated in an international network, as a project manager for purchasing organization, taking the responsibility to examine, develop and release suppliers for Bosch Hemaraj Plant and International Bosch locations.
We are growing and ambitious local purchasing team. Drive the future of Bosch Gasoline Injection and contributing to the success by managing the supplier locally and internationally with the focus on right cost, good quality, and on-time deliveries.

- Evaluation and development of local and international suppliers for platform- and application-projects, focusing on the material-fields of ‘turning’, ‘molding’, ‘elastomer’ and ‘stamping.’
- Definition and alignment of procurement-strategy globally by under consideration of target costs, quality aspects and timing.
- Organizing and leading of technical supplier discussions (TSD), w/ participation of internal stakeholders (e.g., manufacturing, engineering, etc...)
- Collaboration in international cross-functional teams (e.g., simultaneous engineering teams).
- Performing the Engineering change management (ECR) and Ratio project planning (RPP).
- Representing of Purchasing organization to present the status and result of the project to national and international management up to business division.
- Bachelor/ Master’s degree in industrial/mechanical engineering or related field
- Technical experiences for manufacturing process (e.g. turning, molding, elastomer, and stamping)
- Professional experience of international project management at least 3 years
- Analytical, structural, and own-organized approach (Proactive) and high degree of assertiveness, persuasiveness, and team-orientation
- High ability of problem solving, handling to work under pressure as well as adverse condition
- Convincing in communication and negotiation with stakeholder
- National and international networking-ability
- Willingness to domestic and international traveling
- Very good Thai and English skills in speaking and writing (TOEIC higher than ‘700’), additionally German skills preferable
