Accor Hotels
Head Bartender
Job description
What you’ll do…
Lead the bar team in creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests can switch off and soak up the moment.
Ensure quality and consistency throughout the day, from the very first espresso to the final cocktail.
Be creative and share new ideas with the team to develop our menu—contributing to the bar’s concept innovation and staying on top of (or even ahead of) the latest trends.
Have an in-depth knowledge of our products and systems.
Lead by example, promoting service standards that strive for guest excellence while encouraging team growth and development, all in true Hox style.
We’re looking for a new talent to join us starting September 1st, 2026.
Here’s what we’re looking for in you:
Previous experience as a Senior/Lead Bartender (team leader, supervisor, or head bartender).
A love for all things drink-related, cocktails, coffee, tea, spirits, beer, and wine—along with a desire to share this passion and keep on learning.
Knowledge of classic cocktails and modern techniques (a must-have).
Strong interpersonal skills, you’re confident behind the bar and have a great ability to connect with guests.
You’re looking for a place to be yourself; no suit-and-tie clones here.
A passion for hospitality, you’re focused on creating memorable experiences for both guests and colleagues.
No big egos: we leave our ego at the door and work together to get the job done.
You’re ready to do things differently and are willing to try (almost) everything at least once.
You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports one another, and has fun along the way.
More about us….
The Hoxton is a series of open-house hotels, each in a neighbourhood that we love. Ever since we opened our first hotel in Shoreditch, we’ve never just been about offering a bed for the night.
We want to be more than that: proving style doesn’t need to be sacrificed for good value and providing a place where guests can hang out alongside the locals and submerse themselves in the neighbourhood with vibrant, welcoming public spaces.
