Foundation Data Product Delivery Manager (Google Cloud Platform) - Key Responsibilities & Technical Requirements Own end-to-end delivery of foundation data products and platforms on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring alignment with business and enterprise data strategy. Lead Agile delivery teams comprising Data Engineers, Data Architects, Product Managers, Analysts, and Platform Engineers to deliver scalable data capabilities. Define and manage product roadmaps, delivery plans, dependencies, risks, and milestones across multiple data initiatives and workstreams. Drive development of enterprise-grade data products that enable analytics, reporting, AI/ML, data sharing, and operational use cases. Partner with business stakeholders to translate business outcomes into data product requirements, KPIs, and measurable success criteria. Establish product operating models and governance frameworks to ensure data products are reusable, discoverable, secure, and scalable. Oversee implementation of modern data architectures including data lakes, lakehouses, data warehouses, metadata management, and master/reference data solutions.

Measure and report product performance, adoption, business value realization, and operational service metrics to senior leadership. Champion data quality frameworks, implementing controls, monitoring, lineage, cataloguing, and stewardship processes across foundational datasets. Lead stakeholder engagement and executive communications, providing visibility of delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and strategic recommendations. Promote continuous improvement and product thinking, driving innovation and optimization across the enterprise data ecosystem.
