Process Associate
Job description
- Scan response sheets accurately as per defined procedures.
- Verify scanned data and ensure completeness of all batches.
- Perform basic Quality Control (QC) checks and rectify scanning errors.
- Maintain Job Sheets, activity reports, and other required documentation.
- Report technical issues to the concerned supervisor for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the Project Leader and Team Leader for smooth execution of assigned work.
- Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
- Any Undergraduate degree or Diploma (any discipline).
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in document scanning, data processing, or back-office operations is an added advantage but not mandatory.
