Systems and Workplace Coordinator

Location: Dublin, Ireland Salary: €36,000 per annum
OCSC is seeking a proactive and organised Systems & Workplace Coordinator to support workplace, quality, health & safety and sustainability system requirements, in a professional services environment. This role is office based.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Support internal and external audits through the preparation of documentation.
- Coordinate employee workplace inductions, social events and internal communication.
- Coordinate workplace facilities services.
- Coordinate employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Develop effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers to support a positive workplace culture.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of ISO Management Systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001.
- Experience supporting business management systems within an engineering/construction or professional services environment.
- Knowledge of Net Zero initiatives.
- Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS), such as Rapport or an equivalent HR management system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills.
- Qualification and experience in VDU/Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Workplace Assessments.
- Knowledge of Irish Health and Safety legislation.
