👐 About the team
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will join a fast-moving Enterprise sales team focused on expanding Alma's footprint across Europe. Since our creation in 2018, we've grown to 18,000+ merchants across 10 countries, and acquisition of new Enterprise accounts is at the heart of our next growth chapter.
This position is a CDI based in Paris.
💼 About the job
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), your impact at Alma will be immediate and tangible. You will directly contribute to growing our Enterprise merchant portfolio and increasing payment volumes processed by Alma.
Your main responsibilities:
- Drive Enterprise prospecting through cold outreach (phone, email, social networks, Sales Navigator) on a defined block of verticals targeting merchants with 250M€+ turnover, in close collaboration with the Growth and Marketing teams
- Build and qualify a strong pipeline by implementing a structured prospecting strategy, actively following up on targets, and identifying potential projects
- Generate high-quality qualified appointments for your Enterprise Account Executives to accelerate deal closings
- Track and optimize your activity to continuously improve your prospecting methods and contribute to team best practices

🧩 About you
To succeed in this job
- You have prior experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar role with a focus on Enterprise B2B sales
- You are native or bilingual in French and have full professional proficiency in English
- You are ambitious, resilient and driven by challenge: exceeding targets is what gets you out of bed in the morning
And it will be nice if you also
- Have knowledge of the FinTech, e-commerce or payments ecosystem
- Have experience selling B2B SaaS solutions
- Are rigorous and structured in your follow-up and reporting, with a methodical approach to pipeline management

- Case study presentation with 2-3 team members (ideally in house) to assess your practical knowledge
- 1 or 2 additional interviews customized to the role's level to further assess your skills and team fit
