Job description
ACG_3687_JOB Our client is a leading manufacturer in the electrical cable industry, seeking an experienced professional to join their firm. Role Purpose: Own the strategy and performance of the agency/dealer sales channel, delivering revenue and market-share growth, expanding distribution coverage, strengthening dealer partnerships and developing the sales team. Build sales, volume and market-share plans by region and product group. Recommend dealer pricing, discount, incentive and support policies. Expand the dealer network and points of sale while strengthening existing dealer relationships. Monitor dealer sales, receivables, engagement and compliance with company policies. Assign territories and targets, supervise field activity and coach the agency-sales team. Analyse market and competitor developments and recommend commercial-policy or promotion adjustments. Requirements Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Trade or a related field. Approximately 5–7 years of relevant experience and 4–5 years of management experience, preferably in industrial manufacturing, distribution or electrical equipment. Strong English reading and communication capability is expected. Key Stakeholders: Internal: Sales Division leadership, Marketing, Finance/Accounting, Logistics and field-sales teams. External: Dealers, distributors, strategic customers, communication and training partners, industry associations and international partners.
