Your Mission
- You turn our brand ambitions into flawlessly executed global campaigns, orchestrating assets and channels so each launch lands with impact across EU and US markets.
- You maintain complete control over time management—establishing end-to-end workflows and tracking complex, 360-degree campaigns from concept to go-live to ensure every deadline holds.
- You serve as the central cross-functional conduit between marketing, CX, Systems, Finance, and Operations, giving stakeholders clear visibility to drive alignment on the way forward.
- You validate incoming requests based on our marketing plan, organize them in our project management tools, and assign resources efficiently.
- You coordinate and distribute deliverables to our external marketing agencies and freelancers.
- You monitor and adhere to our monthly and quarterly marketing expense budgets.
- You actively shape and standardize our systems and processes to eliminate inefficiencies and guarantee smooth, scalable collaboration.
This is You
- You bring solid experience in marketing project management, with a proven track record of managing 360-degree campaigns end-to-end and keeping an eye on the big picture across multiple parallel launches.
- You are highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented, with a process-driven mindset and deep familiarity with project management tools, specifically Jira.
- You understand campaign asset formats and channel requirements, knowing exactly what it takes to scale a campaign across various formats, channels, and markets.
- You are a strong communicator who excels at managing internal stakeholder expectations, driving operational excellence, and independently removing roadblocks.
- You have a quick perception, think solution-oriented, and approach your work with a proactive, growth-focused mindset.
- You have excellent English and German skills to navigate our international environment, value cultural diversity, and identify deeply with our brand values.
- Previous experience in media buying or performance marketing is a strong plus.

For this position, we offer a gross monthly salary starting from EUR 4.000 on a full-time basis. Naturally, we take your individual qualifications and experience into account and are ready to offer an overpayment accordingly. We are happy to discuss details during a personal interview.
