City: Culver City, CA Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Hybrid (3-4 days a week onsite) Duration: 3 Months Rate Range: Upto $95.5/hr on W2 Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except H1B, OPT, CPT Must Have: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Budgeting and Forecasting Financial Modeling Variance Analysis Executive Financial Reporting Corporate Financial Planning Monthly Close Reporting Scenario Planning Financial Analysis Advanced Excel Responsibilities: Serve as the primary finance partner between business stakeholders and corporate finance. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial close activities. Prepare executive-level financial reports, presentations, and performance narratives. Analyze financial results, identify key business drivers, risks, and opportunities. Review forecast assumptions and improve forecast accuracy. Build and maintain financial models for planning and strategic decision making. Prepare corporate reporting packages and supplemental schedules. Support monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reporting requests. Drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and consistency. Provide interim FP&A leadership and ensure continuity during the engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 8+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience. Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting. Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills. Experience presenting financial results to senior leadership. Strong knowledge of corporate planning and reporting processes. Excellent Excel and financial systems experience. Experience supporting multiple business units in a matrix organization. Nice to Have: MBA or CPA. Experience supporting media, entertainment, digital platforms, or streaming businesses. Experience with SAP, Hyperion, or similar FP&A systems. Experience with dashboard and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
