Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement the marketing strategy in the assigned area (business area, division, and markets). Each day, you will lead, develop, and coach the Marketing team. You will also showcase your expertise by designing and managing the marketing action plan to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will be mainly accountable for
- Creating, planning, and implementing the marketing (and communications) strategies for the assigned area in accordance with the business area/division marketing and sales strategy and budget.
- Developing action plans to deliver the agreed marketing (and communications) strategy within the budget.
- Defining the marketing targets for the assigned area and ensuring their achievement; and anticipating changes in the market direction proactively and facilitating timely and appropriate remedial action.
- Identifying existing and new strategic segments and business opportunities through market analysis, defining strategy/business plans for each opportunity, and coordinating with the relevant teams for the assigned area.
