Logistics Specialist
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order processing and logistics-related inquiries.
- Receive customer orders via email, phone, or other communication channels.
- Register, validate, and process customer orders accurately in SAP.
- Handle customer calls and inquiries, maintaining clear records of all communications and follow-up actions.
- Provide sales and operational support to customers and internal stakeholders throughout the order fulfillment process.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer master data, documentation, and records within the ERP system.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support continuous improvement of sales support and order management processes.
- Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO) or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Order Management within an international environment.
- Experience in the ICT, Electronics, or Technology industry is preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, including order registration and processing.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; an additional European language is an advantage.
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide timely, effective support.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
