We are seeking an experienced AI Content Production Specialist to help us create AI-generated image assets, video assets, voiceovers, and AI avatars for content and marketing tasks.

This is a production-oriented role. We need someone who already has hands-on experience with AI image and AI video generation, understands the iterative nature of AI production, can work within a defined process, select high-quality outputs, and spot obvious issues in the result.

It is important that the candidate can not only follow instructions, but also work flexibly: notice when something in the process is not working, communicate the issue clearly, and, when possible, suggest potential solutions. This does not mean the candidate is expected to build or integrate production pipelines independently. The focus is on attention, process understanding, initiative, and useful feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Generate AI image assets using prepared prompts, references, instructions, and quality criteria

Generate AI video assets: create variations, run iterations, select outputs, and prepare selected results for further use

Generate AI avatars / talking avatars for content tasks

Work with voiceover / text-to-speech tools: generate voiceovers, check voice quality, intonation, pacing, and technical usability of the audio

Perform initial quality checks for image, video, and audio outputs.

Filter out weak or unusable results: artifacts, unnatural anatomy, poor motion, issues with faces, hands, lip sync, voice quality, composition, lighting, or overall visual quality

Prepare selected results for handoff: basic crop, resize, export, naming, and sorting of variations

Work within ready-made AI production processes and follow instructions carefully

Communicate issues that appear during production: unstable outputs, weak spots in instructions, recurring model errors, or non-obvious issues in the output

What matters for this role

AI generation is often unstable. We need someone who does not simply run generations, but can evaluate whether the result is actually usable.

An output may technically match the prompt but still be weak: artificial-looking, low-quality, unnatural, poorly animated, visually unconvincing, badly composed, with weak voice quality or poor synchronization. That is why this role requires basic visual judgment and strong attention to detail

We expect the candidate to work within defined processes, but not mechanically. If a certain approach consistently produces weak results, if an instruction is unclear, or if there may be a simpler way to get a better output, the candidate should be able to notice it, formulate the issue, and discuss it with the team

At the same time, the candidate will not be responsible for building the full AI production methodology. The final process logic, quality criteria, and key decisions remain with the AI Team Lead / owner of the pipeline

What we’re looking for

Hands-on experience with AI image generation

Hands-on experience with AI video generation

Understanding that AI generation is an iterative production process: prompt, reference, variation, regeneration, comparison, and selection

Basic understanding of modern AI image/video tools and their typical issues

Basic visual judgment: ability to evaluate whether an image/video output looks high-quality, natural, and usable

Attention to detail: artifacts, anatomy, faces, hands, motion, lip sync, text, lighting, composition, and overall realism

Ability to work with instructions and defined production processes.

Flexibility in work: ability to notice when a process or output produces weak results and communicate it clearly

Readiness for production routine: many iterations, tests, selections, and preparation of variations

Ability to briefly explain task status, output issues, or why a certain variation does not work

AI tools experience

The candidate does not need to have experience with our exact stack or know every modern AI tool. What matters more is practical experience with AI image/video generation and an understanding of how these tools work: prompts, references, iterations, variations, quality checks, typical artifacts, and model limitations.

Experience with tools for the following areas will be a plus:

AI image generation / editing;

AI video generation;

AI avatars / talking avatars;

voiceover / text-to-speech;

combining several AI tools within one production process.

Examples of relevant tools: ChatGPT Images, Nano Banana models, Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Veo, Seedance, Omni, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Synthesia, ComfyUI, or similar AI production tools.

Nice-to-have

Experience bringing AI-generated image/video outputs to production-ready quality

Experience creating AI avatars or talking-head videos.

Experience with voiceover / TTS production

Basic video editing skills: CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools

Basic manual editing skills in Photoshop, Affinity, or similar tools.

Experience with ComfyUI, node-based workflows, or combining several AI tools in one production process

Experience creating content for mobile apps, digital products, ads, social media, or performance creatives

Ability to notice weak spots in the process, formulate the problem, and suggest practical solution options

Accuracy in working with files, versions, naming conventions, and basic asset organization.
