Annual Base Salary: $71,000 + Performance-Based Incentives

We're looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced transportation environment and is passionate about leading drivers, exceeding customer expectations, and building high-performing teams.

⭐ What You'll Do

🚚 Lead daily dispatch operations and ensure routes are executed safely, efficiently, and on time.

👥 Recruit, hire, coach, and develop professional drivers.

📊 Drive customer satisfaction while achieving operational KPIs.

🛡️ Ensure DOT, FMCSA, and Hours of Service compliance.

⚙️ Partner with Maintenance to maximize fleet uptime.

📱 Utilize Samsara, McLeod, Microsoft 365, Tenstreet, and transportation technology.

📈 Continuously improve safety, productivity, and operational performance.

✅ What You Bring

✔ Transportation, logistics, or fleet leadership experience

✔ Strong knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and HOS regulations

✔ Dispatch and scheduling experience

✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills

✔ Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing employees

✔ Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

✔ Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)

✔ A commitment to safety, accountability, and operational excellence

📅 Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Weekend support as business needs require.
