Powder Paint Operator

Job Description:

• Set up and operate Nordson Powder Paint Equipment
• Keep paint booths and washers in proper condition, including cleaning and maintenance
• Verify quality by using various types of measuring devices
• Communicate with Group Leader regarding issues impacting Paint Rooms ability to meet quality and production goals
• Train new paint room employees and provide ongoing training for others
• Available to go to 2nd shift in peek demand situations
• Available to work overtime with short notice
• Maintain washers to proper PH and concentration levels

Employee Specifications:

• Previous painting operating experience a plus
• Must be able to use various gauges
• Good communication skills; Must be a team player
