YOUR MISSION

  • Be part of the Brands Ads Portuguese team and execute, track and analyze Glovo advertisement campaigns put live in Portugal.

THE JOURNEY

  • 1-year contract to cover maternity leave 

  • Have the responsibility to execute advertisement campaigns on Glovo platforms

  • Be the main stakeholder and main PoC with the Headquarters team for the deployment of new advertising features and products for the Portuguese market

  • Build and optimize internal processes to implement, track and report campaigns

  • Follow the full funnel of campaign management: creative sanity check, create campaigns on the Glovo ads platform, follow up live campaigns to optimize and improve performance,

  • Create campaign reports and provide the best business recommendations from insights extrapolated from campaigns

  • Work with data to enhance the best-performing activation for each Brand

  • Provide Media and Brand Accounts insight, proactive support and help on best practices 

  • Become an expert of advertisement assets and be able to share this knowledge across the Brand Ads team

  • Build success stories that will help roll out the partnerships strategy across categories and countries

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Previous experience (1-2 years) in campaign management in Media Agencies or Digital Service Companies

  • Great Analytical skills (Excel advanced, Looker) and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges

  • Understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels, being comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and verbal, in English and the local language

  • You're extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments

  • You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline-oriented with a hands-on spirit

  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude across the business and the industry

  • Full time availability: 3 days a week at the office, 2 optional remote. 

  • Location: Lisbon
