CNC Machinist - 3-axis

Job Description: Our partner is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Operator to join an established engineering team at a world-renowned precision engineering company. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and operating advanced CNC machines to manufacture high-precision components for the Aerospace sector. Role: CNC Programmer and Operator - 3 axis machines

Overall Objective: As a key member of the Engineering team the CNC Programmer will program, tool & set up CNC 3-axis machines.

Reporting to: Engineering Manager

Required Qualifications · Skills / Experience: 3+ years of experience with CNC machines, including 3-axis machines. · Experience with CAD/CAM software. · Ability to set up, operate, and maintain 3-axis CNC machines. · Skill in reading and interpreting technical drawings. · Use of precision measuring tools and understanding of geometric dimensioning and · tolerancing (GD&T). · Ability to identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring precision and quality. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Highly self-motivated and the ability to work on own initiative.
