Senior Platform Engineer / Kubernetes Architect

Key requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Kubernetes Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering,
- 3+ years of experience with Ansible Automation Platform or AWX , preferably in an enterprise environment,
- strong knowledge of Linux and production environment administration,
- hands-on experience with Kubernetes , including administration, architecture, troubleshooting, and security,
- experience with GitOps , for example ArgoCD ,
- experience with Terraform ,
- knowledge of Helm, Docker/OCI, and Ansible-based automation ,
- proficiency in writing Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules,
- hands-on experience with Linux system administration and scripting, e.g. Bash, PowerShell, Python ,
- understanding of high availability, monitoring, and infrastructure security ,
- experience in building and maintaining platforms based on open-source technologies,
- ability to design infrastructure solutions,
- experience working with architecture, development, and operations teams,
- a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Systems, Computer Science, or a similar field.
Nice to have
- Red Hat Certified Engineer / RHCE certification,
- Certified Ansible Specialist certification,
- experience gained at Red Hat or a company with a similar technology profile, such as SUSE, Canonical, Mirantis, VMware/Tanzu, or Rancher/SUSE .
We are looking for an experienced engineer to join a team responsible for infrastructure automation, Ansible platform development, and the maintenance of environments based on open-source technologies.
This role is a strong fit for someone with a solid background in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Kubernetes Engineering , who is comfortable working with Linux, automation, Kubernetes, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code tools.
In this role, you will be responsible for
- designing and developing Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules to automate deployment and configuration of infrastructure, applications, and cloud resources,
- integrating Ansible with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines to build end-to-end automation workflows,
- troubleshooting and debugging Ansible automation issues,
- supporting other teams using Ansible-based automation,
- maintaining the stability of the Ansible automation platform and securing the SLA of automation services,
- collaborating with development, infrastructure, and architecture teams,
- translating business and technical requirements into Ansible-based solutions,
- contributing to Ansible best practices, standards, and reusable automation content,
- staying up to date with the latest Ansible features, modules, and trends in Infrastructure as Code and DevOps.
