Employment Type: Full-Time Location: San Antonio, TX (1 opening) or National Capital Region (1 opening) Work Setting: On-Site

ASI is seeking customer-focused Computer User Support Specialists to provide enterprise desktop and technical support .
What You'll Do
- Deliver desktop and technical support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Install and configure workstations and peripherals
- Support user accounts and Active Directory
- Resolve service requests and document solutions
- Maintain workstation inventories
- Support Video Teleconferencing (VTC) technologies
What You'll Bring
Required
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Associate's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of desktop support experience
- DoD 8570 IAT Level I Certification
- At least one current industry IT certification
- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Army or DoD IT experience
- Microsoft 365
- ServiceNow
- Active Directory administration
- Remote support experience
