Healthcare Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Healthcare Director's calendars and efficiently arrange and oversea meeting logistics, document preparations, and agendas
- Attend meetings and record meeting minutes, follow up on issues, resolutions, and other activities
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other confidential documents
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and records in compliance with privacy and health information regulations
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Health department and Consultants
- Support project management activities, including tracking deadlines and deliverables
- Organize departmental events, workshops, and training sessions
- Act as a focal point of all initial queries from staff
- Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Two years, or more, experience in Administrative role
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Travel is required of this role, approximately 10%
- This role may require flexibility in work schedule, including after hours or on weekends

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
