• A Business Analyst acts as the key link between business objectives and information technology, ensuring that technical solutions align with organizational and operational needs.
• Elicits, analyzes, documents, and manages business requirements, translating stakeholder and customer needs into effective products, services, and system enhancements.
• Collaborates with stakeholders, project teams, and technical partners to define requirements, propose efficient solutions, and support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications.
• Contributes to successful project delivery by ensuring that business needs are clearly understood and addressed through practical and value-driven technical solutions.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
• Understanding business processes, systems, and project lifecycles.
• Experience working with stakeholders, business teams, and IT teams.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Requirements analysis and process mapping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and manage priorities.
• Understanding system implementation, testing, and change management.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Visio.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Knowledge of data analysis
• Experience in digital transformation or process improvement projects.
• French level: B2
