Overview The Strategic Platform Specialist provides administrative and operational support for Chadwell Supply’s procurement and third-party purchasing platforms. This role supports onboarding, customer requests, reporting, training coordination, data maintenance, and internal team needs.

What you will need

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or customer service.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing basic support and troubleshooting to sales teams and external customers.
  • Experience in procure-to-pay (P2P), procurement, platform support, or customer service.

How you will make an impact

  • Administrative & Operational Support
  • Assist with incoming support requests related to third-party platforms.
  • Route issues to appropriate team members.
  • Maintain records of requests, tickets, and follow-ups.
  • Support team calendars, training schedules, and rollout timelines.
  • Customer & Sales Support
  • Assist customers and sales teams with basic platform questions.
  • Support website access requests and user setup.
  • Assist with CAP rollout preparation and communications.
  • Follow up on outstanding setup items.
  • Platform Maintenance
  • Assist with updates to pricing files, shopping lists, user lists, and catalogs.
  • Perform data entry, validation, and audits for accuracy.
  • Reporting & Metrics
  • Update recurring spreadsheets, dashboards, and activity trackers.
  • Assist with monthly reporting.
  • Training Coordination
  • Schedule training sessions.
  • Prepare materials and attendee lists.
  • Maintain training documentation.
  • Project Assistance
  • Support projects, process improvements, and implementation tasks as assigned.
