Physical Therapist (PT) & Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Per Diem
Pay
- Physical Therapist (PT): $80 per visit or $100,000-$120,000+ annually (based on caseload)
- Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): $55-$60 per visit
Location: O'ahu, HI (reliable transportation required) Schedule: Flexible / Per diem - choose your patients

Responsibilities
- Provide in-home physical therapy visits
- Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments
- Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team
Requirements
- Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA
- 1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Driver's license + reliable transportation
