Responsibilities

Daily Routing Engineer (Early Career)

The Opportunity in Mexico, Monterrey

Kick-start your career in Supply Chain and Logistics by joining a global team responsible for planning and optimizing last-mile delivery routes across multiple markets. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals who enjoy solving problems, working with data, and collaborating with international teams to improve operational performance.

You'll gain hands-on experience using route optimization technology, analyzing operational data, and contributing to the delivery of products that reach customers efficiently every day.

What You'll Do

• Create and optimize daily delivery routes using route planning technology.
• Analyze delivery volumes, available resources, and operational requirements to build efficient routing plans.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Sales, and Operations teams across different countries to support daily execution.
• Monitor routing performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer service.
• Update and maintain routing information to ensure accurate daily planning.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying better ways of working and sharing ideas with the team.
• Help solve operational challenges in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new opportunities to learn.

Work Schedule

This role supports business operations across multiple markets, so flexibility is important.

• Hybrid model: 1 day per week in the office and 4 days working from home.
• Two 8-hour shift options based on business needs:
• Morning start 8:00 am CT – 5:00 p.m finish.
• Afternoon start with evening finish
• Work schedule may be Monday through Sunday , with two days off each week , depending on operational requirements.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field.

Experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, Route Planning, Manufacturing, or Operations Planning.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make operational decisions.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Professional working proficiency in English.

Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Experience using route optimization or transportation planning software is highly preferred.

Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Ability to present ideas and explain complex information in a simple and effective way.

Work Schedule

This position supports frontline operations across multiple markets. Team members work five days per week , including weekends when required, on rotating schedules that may include afternoon and evening shifts.
