Your job

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst for our Finance Digital Transformation Team. You are to be a GenAI, ML, and Agentic AI enabler, driving AI innovation across Finance. You will be key to Finance’s AI transformation into their next Agentic AI level. You will own data-driven projects all the way from base source data to the final business usage. You will work with people in Finance, BI and Engineering functions to create your solutions. You are able to deliver quickly and efficiently, and go deep into the details when necessary. You work well in a team of fellow analysts and others, and also autonomous, taking ownership of and pride in the projects you are responsible for. You have shown extreme curiosity in AI and have demonstrated meaningful changes using AI.

Who you are

  • Own end-to-end AI and analytics solutions for Finance: from problem framing and data discovery through prototyping, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Design and implement agentic workflows that orchestrate multiple tools (Glean/Gemini, Snowflake Cortex, n8n, Streamlit/Posit, etc.) to automate complex Finance processes.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate AI solutions quickly, using experimentation and user feedback to validate value, accuracy, and usability before scaling.
  • Collaborate closely with BI, Data, and Engineering teams to align on architecture, security, data standards, and integration patterns for Finance AI solutions.
  • Continuously scan for new AI capabilities (agent frameworks, LLM tools, automation platforms) and run POCs/Pilots to assess applicability to Finance use cases.
  • Drive project management and partner communication, including setting timelines, managing risks and dependencies, and providing clear status updates.
  • Promote a culture of experimentation and learning within Finance, sharing successes, failures, and learnings across the wider team.

Who we are

  • Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or a PhD without experience
  • Python, SQL, Snowflake, AWS, or similar, statistical analysis, data science. Agentic Glean/Gemini, n8n, Snowflake Cortex, Streamlit and Posit, Claude code and Cursor.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business processes into structured analytical problems, propose pragmatic technical solutions, and communicate trade-offs clearly to non-technical partners.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Data/Engineering) and managing multiple projects or business partners simultaneously.
  • Keen focus on data quality, documentation, and governance, ensuring that outputs are reliable, auditable, and easy for others to understand and extend.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about AI, Agentic and Intelligent Automation, and willingness to learn and apply new AI tools to enhance Finance processes.

The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process. Salary Range Transparency

  • Tier 1 – United States of America: 90,000 - 136,000 USD per year
  • Tier 2 – United States of America: 102,000 - 152,000 USD per year
