Assistant Supervisor

We are seeking to hire a Assistant Supervisor . You will be responsible for communicating with Management, tenants, staff , dispatching, closing work orders, overseeing the daily duties of staff, provide assistance to team and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintain in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.

Benefits

• Full-Time
• Pay rate $24.00/hr.
• Hours 40hrs/week,10:00p-6:00a, Monday-Friday (Weekends as Necessary)
