Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Account Executive to join our Healthcare team. This role is ideal for someone with experience managing client relationships in a creative, advertising, communications, or healthcare agency environment.
You will support the development and execution of integrated communication campaigns and projects for healthcare clients, acting as the key link between clients and internal teams. The successful candidate will be highly organized, client-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, timelines, and business objectives are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with healthcare clients and build strong, trusted relationships.
- Coordinate integrated communication projects and campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, content, events, and offline).
- Brief and collaborate with internal teams including Creative, Strategy, Medical, Digital, and Production.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Support the preparation of client presentations, status reports, and project documentation.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
- Ensure all materials and activities meet client expectations, regulatory requirements, and agency standards.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business initiatives.
- Coordinate stakeholders involved in projects, including healthcare professionals, external partners, and suppliers when required.
- Support the development of communication initiatives that help clients achieve their business and brand objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Account Executive or similar client-facing role within an advertising, communications, healthcare, or creative agency.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project management and client servicing principles.
- English level C1 (required).
- High level of German (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Experience working with healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellness, or life sciences clients is highly valued.
