At Easterseals PORT Health, we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Assessor/Supervisor to join our Outpatient Therapy Team in Wilmington, NC As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.

What You'll Do

The Clinical Assessor/Supervisor completes clinical screenings, diagnostic assessments, and person‑centered treatment plans for adults and/or children receiving behavioral health services. This role works closely with providers, multidisciplinary teams, and community partners to ensure appropriate service placement, continuity of care, and positive outcomes. The position also provides clinical supervision to assigned clinicians in accordance with licensure, certification, and regulatory standards.

You'll earn a competitive salary $62,000- $70,000, based on your licensure and years of experience; plus enjoy a Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm work schedule with some flexibility for program and client needs. What We're Looking For

  • Have master's degree in a related field
  • Be fully or provisionally license in appropriate discipline required - either LCSW; LPC; LMFT; LCAS; LCSW-A; LPC-A, with the ability to clinically supervise certified or associate licensed individuals.
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
  • Proficiency in EHR's, clinical documentation, an reporting requirements
  • Demonstrate high moral and ethical character, and be free of any substantiated charges of abuse or neglect on the NC Healthcare Registry
  • Valid unrestricted North Carolina's driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
