Restaurant Host ess

Toasted Oak Grill & Market in Novi Michigan, is seeking a friendly and professional Restaurant Host/Hostess to greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow in the lounge. This role is vital in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests.

We are looking for someone who will be flexible with availability for AM or PM shifts when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.

Manage guest flow to ensure proper seating for servers.

Handle phone calls, reservations, and special requests.

Take to-go orders as needed.

Assist with table setting and dining room maintenance during peak periods.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
