Schedule: Full-Time l Day

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Lead daily pharmacy operations and shift coordination by assigning, monitoring, and reviewing the progress of all work activities, resources, and associates.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert and technical resource, providing essential guidance to staff and clinical leadership across all pharmacy services.
  • Ensure procedural and regulatory compliance by overseeing daily activities of pharmacy technicians, monitoring adherence to policies, and resolving staffing and scheduling issues.
  • Contribute to personnel management by providing direct input into the hiring, training, development, and performance evaluation of assigned staff members.
  • Participate in departmental problem-solving initiatives and specialty projects as assigned by Pharmacy management.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

  • Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
