Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, career-minded Restaurant Manager for a permanent, full-time position at our premier, multi-level venue. Our establishment features three distinct hospitality concepts: an elegant fine dining room, a busy casual floor, and a vibrant cocktail lounge. You will serve as the core leader overseeing daily back-of-house culinary execution and front-of-house beverage operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader dedicated to long-term growth, team mentorship, and high-volume quality control.
Compensation & Perks
- Annual Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 / year (Based on experience; paid weekly).
- Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Direct Hire).

Key Responsibilities
- Dual-Floor Leadership: Direct kitchen line production and high-volume lounge bar operations seamlessly.
- Financial Oversight: Manage food and beverage inventory to minimize waste, track pour costs, and hit cost of goods sold (COGS) goals.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor line cooks, prep staff, and bartenders across all three concepts.
- Quality Control: Enforce strict presentation, flavor consistency, and health department safety standards across all concepts.
- Vendor Operations: Oversee order placement and logistics with food, beverage, and linen vendors.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience overseeing both kitchen operations and high-volume bar environments.
- Strong leadership, structural organization, and situational conflict-resolution skills.
- Deep proficiency with modern restaurant POS, staff scheduling apps, and inventory software.
- Deep knowledge of food safety codes and alcohol compliance regulations. Flexible open availability, specifically for high-volume Friday and Saturday late-night operations.
Schedule/Hours
- Full-time (50+ hours/week expected) including evenings, weekends, and select holidays.
