Responsibilities (What you will do)

  • Investigate Tricky Cases: Take charge of complicated technical issues, performing deep-dive troubleshooting to find out exactly why a service or system is acting up.
  • Analyze System Glitches: Look into user settings, software configurations, and data logs to identify patterns and root causes of complex problems.
  • Collaborate Globally: Work closely with internal technical departments and system engineers to resolve issues and improve system performance.
  • Document Solutions: Keep clear, simple guides and logs of how you fixed unique technical issues so the wider team can learn from them.
  • Guide System Updates: Walk customers through advanced system updates or software adjustments safely and confidently.
  • Maintain Service Standards: Ensure that critical inquiries are resolved quickly, accurately, and with the highest level of professional care.

Requirements (What you need)

  • Language Power: Fluent, high-level command of both spoken and written Italian to clearly explain technical steps to customers.
  • Technical English: Comfort reading and writing in English, specifically for technical terms, software manuals, or internal team system notes.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A logical, structured way of thinking that helps you break down a complex issue into smaller, fixable parts.
  • Strong Tech Comfort: Deep familiarity with computer operating systems, network basics, or internet tools.
  • Clear Communicator: The ability to take complicated technical solutions and explain them in plain, easy-to-understand terms to anyone.
  • Local Paperwork: You must already live in or near Porto and have your local Portuguese working papers ready (like your NIF and NISS) to start right away. (Please note: Relocation support is not available).
