Service Order Coordinator
Job description
Overview
The Service Order Coordinator is responsible for verifying data integrity of service orders, coordinating service order work, and ensuring materials and parts are assigned to work orders. Key focus includes: Scheduling and coordination of service order work (Internal and Contracted)
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and coordination of service order work (Internal and Contracted)
- Monitor service order schedule to ensure appropriate goals and targets are met
- Schedule follow up work orders and coordinate special order parts installation
- Utilize the YARDI database to manage the service process
- Ensure work orders are coded and classified correctly
- Verify that labor and parts entries are entered on all work orders
Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Ability to summarize and communicate moderately complex information
- High level of customer service skills
- Active listening and problem solving skills
Experience
- Minimum 1 - 3 years previous work-related experience required
- Experience working with stakeholders and delivering outcomes.
Education
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management prefeable
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $38.00–$46.00 per hour
- Annual Salary: $79,040–$95,680
